Speak, translate and listen

Select the source language and target language, speak naturally, and the app converts the speech into text before translating it. The translated result can then be read aloud for the other person. Typed text remains available whenever speech recognition is not practical.

Regional speech variants

Speech recognition can vary significantly by accent and region. Lingua AI Ultra therefore offers regional variants for several major languages, including multiple forms of English and Spanish. This gives users a better starting point when speaking with different accents in travel, family, professional or international settings.

Face-to-face mode

XVoice Live includes a continuous conversation mode designed for two people sharing one device. The app alternates between the selected languages and automatically plays translated speech. A quieter listening cycle reduces unnecessary microphone restarts during silence on supported browsers.

Useful beyond travel

The translator can support hotel check-ins, restaurants, transport, medical appointments, workplace conversations, customer service and family communication. It also connects with Cara, the Lingua AI Ultra language coach, so users can practice a situation before entering the real conversation.

Emergency communication

Lingua SOS adds prepared emergency phrases for police, medical help, fire, allergies, accidents, lost documents and other urgent situations. Critical phrases are also kept inside the application so they remain available as a fallback when online translation fails.
